2/7/2023 0 Comments The Sensitive ChildWhat makes a child a sensitive child and how to help them see themselves as whole and strong rather than broken? It is in how we see them, how we parent them, and the tools we give them to succeed. Do you have a child that has any or several of these? How do you parent these children to be able to survive and thrive.In a society that normalizes these struggles and pushes for medications we need to do more to support our children in their health and wellness both mentally, emotional and physically. It is a whole body approach to growth and wholeness. As a massage therapist here in Logan Utah, I help parents and children a like in whole body balance and healing. I am a certified health and life coach through Vibrant Living Academy and with the many tools and education I have studied over the years offer to help and aide every parent to live the life worth living in joy and peace. As a parent there is so much that we ourselves can do to help our children. When we become emotionally and physically balanced we set pace for them to do so also. The more emotional awareness and healing we can achieve the more we liberate our children to be whole and happy. We can give them the tools we use for ourselves and meet them at their level and understanding.
