6/8/2017 0 Comments Trapped EmotionsI suffered for over a decade with anxiety and depression but what it came down to was that I didn't know how sensitive I was to my emotions and the emotions of those around me. I am easily empathic to others and struggled to separate what I was feeling from what others felt.
What is an Emotion and how does it become trapped in our bodies? How can I find and release those emotions so not to carry around that baggage? How do I process current emotions to keep them from becoming trapped? How to shield and protect? How to be empathetic but not stay in the pit? I will cover these and more.

6/8/2017 0 Comments Parental Massage IFrom my experience as a parent of a highly sensitive child who would probably be labeled ADHD or Diagnosed with Social Anxiety massage is something these children benefit from greatly. My little man I would describe as one with very sensitive nerves. He easily becomes hyperactive, he over reacts to sugar, he is constantly moving about and when around large groups of people he is easily overwhelmed and struggles to cope. Although he is very active he will hold still for a massage and or reiki. In fact he loves it and will even ask for it. He has learned to listen to his body or his anxiety and ask for help. He notices if his chakra's are off or if he can't calm himself from an emotion. Through tapping, head magic (his terms) and massage he is able to be more responsive and happier.
In this class I cover neurological pathways, and how to override the communication to calm the nerves. I will show techniques that you can do to help calm. I will teach calming techniques they can do them selves to regain emotional control. I will also teach shielding techniques so they can be protected from others' energies. |
