Why I do What I Do!
Being raised in a very holistic home, full of wellness in physical, mental and emotional health, I picked up on a lot of very useful habits and tools. Even though I have always known about holistic healing, I had to come to it in my own time and place; to create my own testimony, the importance of it, and how to utilize it to help others. I am grateful for the legacy left behind by my grandmother, as she has instilled many of my healing practices and supplied me with vast library of her notes, books, and research.
I have a nutritional, supplemental and herbal background and the vibrational healing forces of what we put into our bodies to utilize as physical healing directives. I am a health and life coach through Vibrant Living Academy.
Life feels like it is forever a healing journey. Sometimes its one tool that helps sometimes its another but always there is healing when we desire to seek it.
In my services, I provide emotional, mental, spiritual, physical direction and awareness through body mapping while providing the tools for you to partake in the healing and release that is available through your faith. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist offering trigger point, Muscle Energy Technique, Swedish, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Lomi Lomi, Cranial Sacral Therapy and deep tissue for all ages. I also offer basic emotional processing and meridian balancing through Chi Gong, a Chinese Healing art. I know these can be effective and healing for mind, body and spirit. May your life become as you choose to be able to live it, as you hasten your healing, to be able to serve with your own talents and bless others!
I attended Ke Kino Massage Therapy School in Texas. I am a life and health coach through Vibrant Living Academy in North Salt Lake. I studied Qi Gong with Blue Petal Foundation in Alpine. I studied Cranial Sacral Therapy from Upledger Institute. I have studied several massage techniques from different CEU certified institutions.
